Purpose and characteristics

It is mainly used for the one-sided or double-sided one-time continuous gluing of cords, canvas and other textiles, rubber sheeting, and the calendering production of radial tire inner liners and airtight layer thin films.


1. The roller adopts a peripheral drilled roller, which has a more uniform heating or cooling effect.
2. The roller is equipped with axis crossing, preloading and reverse bending devices to ensure the accuracy of rolled products.
3. Each roller is independently driven by a motor, and the roller speed ratio can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet the requirements of different processes.
4. The control system adopts PLC, which is safe and reliable, easy to operate and has a high degree of automation.
