Purpose and characteristics

It is mainly used for single-sided continuous gluing of cords, canvas and other textiles, as well as the calendering production of engineering tire inner lining pure film and other products.


1. The roller adopts a peripheral drilled roller, which has a more uniform heating or cooling effect.
2. The roller is equipped with axis crossing, preloading and reverse bending devices to ensure the accuracy of rolled products.
3. The control system adopts PLC, which is safe and reliable, easy to operate and has a high degree of automation.
